  1. Keep the communication on point: Once a lead gives you a cold shoulder, no rosy love letter can do a fair job to warm them up. So, before contacting a lead, research on the prospect before making a pitch. Research will give you a good knowledge about their requirements and give you a sure-shot picture on how you will approach the lead. People love interesting, customized content. So, getting their interest with some riveting content will help you re-engage with the lead again.
  2. Transform the communication method: Real estate sales is all about building relationships. And hitting that sweet spot requires a personal touch. So, don’t go all guns blazing about why your product is the best. Instead, soften your stance and ask about how things are going and touch on that topic (related to their industry, maybe) which enlivens them. They will warm up to you.
  3. Honesty is the secret sauce: Sounds too cliché? Well, you have tried many tactics earlier peppered with your own sly schemes. But all you got is a tepid response. So, its time to make amends and deal with the potential customer with an intent on solving his issue. Because the value you will create with this tactic will help you in moving the deal forward.

So, those were some tips to help you have a crack at reviving dead leads. Remember, you are dealing with a lost lead. So, don’t get dejected if you cannot hit success right away. Try to intrigue your prospects with some blazing offers, or a sale or some customized content. All in all, keep the brand essence alive.
